Description:

The IS200ERGTH1A is a Third-party Ground Detector Terminal Board, crafted and engineered by General Electric, specifically tailored for the Excitation Turbine Control Systems within their EX2100 Series. As an integral element of the EX2100 regulator control architecture, this board exists in two configurations: straightforward and redundant, catering to diverse system requirements. Its core objective is to serve as an intermediary link between the Exciter Regulator Options Card (EROC) and an external ground detection mechanism. This connection is facilitated by transforming signals from the EROC's 9-pin connector into terminal screw connections that align with those of the third-party ground detector.

Through the ERGT, the EROC can effectively manage a single external ground detector, offering three distinct output functionalities:

1. Ground Alarm: Alerts when a ground condition is detected.
2. Ground Detector Malfunction: Indicates any issues with the ground detector itself.
3. Diode Fault Monitor: Detects faults related to the diode circuitry.

Notably, the ERGT design omits fuses, test points, LED indicators, and adjustable components, maintaining simplicity in its construction. It engages with the EROC through a vertical 9-pin plug connector labeled J1, while connecting to the third-party ground detector via dual four-position terminal strips, referred to as TB1 and TB2.
