DS2020DACAG1 GE EX2100, AC to DC Converter Power Supply

Description:

The primary function of the DS2020DACAG1 is to transform alternating current (AC) power into direct current (DC) power for the Excitation Controller DACA power supply module. When using the DACA module, an AC power source of 115 volts (VAC) is converted into a DC power supply of 125 volts (VDC).

If a higher power supply is needed to reliably operate the controller, two DACA modules can be connected to an exciter power distribution model. Additionally, a battery source and the DACA module together provide a redundant 125 VDC supply for the EPDM.

The commonly used manual for installation is the GEH-6632 EX2100 User’s Guide. This guide offers a general overview of how equipment like the DS2020DACAG1 model operates. When powering your controller, the power will have a nominal 120 VAC and a maximum A RMS supply of ten. As long as one DACA module is attached to the controller, this will provide the correct power supply.
