Description:

The DS200TCDAG1A is a Digital I/O Board crafted and conceptualized by General Electric as an integral part of the Mark V LM Series. This series is specifically designed for gas turbine control systems. Within these systems, the Digital IO Board, also known as the TCDA, is integrated into the Q11, Q51, and Q21 digital I/O cores, provided they are available. The TCDA processes contact output signals from two TCRA boards, which include relays and solenoids. It also handles digital contact input signals that originate from the DTBA and DTBB terminal boards.

Furthermore, the TCQC board located in R1, the CTBA terminal board situated in R5, and the board in R2 (if Q21 is installed) all receive signals through the IONET. This network is referred to as the IO Network (IONET), which facilitates serial communication between an IO Engine and any potential TCDA boards.

In the digital cores, specifically Q11, Q21, or Q51, and in P1, TCDA boards exchange data among themselves. However, the physical connections for the IONET are made to either the CTBA in R5 or the TCQC board in R1 and R2. It's important to note that the network exclusively transmits data that is address-specific. Consequently, data is directed either to the TCDA.
