Description:

The DS200TCCBG1B is an I/O TC2000 Analog Board, integral to the GE Speedtronic Mark V gas turbine control systems. This board features one 80196 CPU and several PROM modules. Additionally, it includes one LED indicator and two 50-pin connectors, with the LED visible from the board's side. The IDs for these 50-pin connectors are JCC and JDD. There are also three jumpers on the board, identified by their printed labels: JP1, JP2, and JP3. When installing the original board into the system, the installer configures it to best match the system's specifications.

Configuration values can be altered by adjusting the positions of these jumpers. In most cases, the default jumper settings suffice, requiring no further action from the installer. However, in certain scenarios, the installer must change the jumper positions based on the documentation provided with the board.

A 3-pin jumper configuration allows for covering two pins at a time; for example, it could bridge pins 1 and 2 or pins 2 and 3. To move a jumper, grasp it with your thumb and forefinger, pull it away from the current pins, and then slide it into place aligning with the new pin configuration. Some jumpers are fixed in a single position and are not used for board configuration. Manufacturers may use alternate positions for product testing to verify specific circuits or functions.

The board contains eight connectors: 2PL, 3PL, JHH, JII, JMP, JKK, JTEST, and TCQPL. Typically, the JKK, JTEST, and TCQPL connectors remain unused.
