Description:

This component is part of an obsolete EX2100e 35A power conversion module (PCM).There is a very limited inventory of these now obsolete parts remaining as of September 2019. The entire EX2100e 35A power conversion module (PCM) has been upgraded to replace its obsolete Powerex CM50TL-24NF integrated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) module. This new PCM module will contain the new IGBT module version and other upgraded boards to work with the new IGBT. The new PCM requires ControlST V07.04.00C or higher and cannot be mixed and matched with the old style PCM (this part) so consider ordering multiple.
