IS200TRLYH1B GE MKVIe, Relay Terminal Board

Description:

The IS200TRLYH1B is a Relay Output Terminal Board from General Electric's Mark VIe series. It features 12 plug-in magnetic relays, with the first six relays configurable for driving external solenoids or dry, Form-C contact outputs. These relays can be powered by 125 V DC, 115/230 V AC, or optionally 24 V DC with jumper-selectable fuses and onboard suppression. The next five relays (7-11) provide isolated Form-C contacts, while relay 12 is used for specialized functions such as ignition transformers.

Installation: Wiring is done through two terminal blocks on the board, each accommodating wires up to #12 AWG and secured with screws. Shield terminals should be connected to chassis ground. For solenoid power, connect outputs 1-6 to JF1 and daisy-chain additional TRLY boards through JF2. If JF1/JF2 are not used, power can be connected directly to TB3. For output 12, connect the special solenoid to JG1. Jumpers JP1-JP6 are shipped separately and should be installed as needed based on the solenoid requirements. Ensure to remove fuses for isolated contact applications to prevent suppression leakage.

Dry Contacts: For switching AC voltage with relays 01-06 and 125 V DC power, AC power will be present on the "NO" relay terminal until all fuses and jumpers are removed. Care should be taken as peak voltages might exceed MOV ratings in 240 V AC applications.
Simplex: For simplex systems, feedback and control signals are routed through JA1. Relays are rated at 3.0 A with a maximum contact-to-contact voltage of 500 V AC and a coil-to-contact voltage of 1,500 V AC. The normal operating time is 10 ms.
TMR: For TMR systems, relay control signals are received from I/O processors R, S, and T via JR1, JS1, and JT1, respectively. Signals are voted on to determine which relay driver is activated, with shared diode power provided by all processors.

Configuration:
Jumpers (JP1–JP12): Install for contact voltage sensing if needed.
Fuses (FU1–FU12): Add fuses to each power circuit supplying relays 1-6 if required.

The board includes large black terminal blocks with 48 terminals in total, labeled in white.
There are four connector ports, three vertically aligned and one parallel to the bottom connector.
Each relay is paired with a transistor and a circular red MOV (metal oxide varistor). There are ten relays on the board, arranged in two vertical rows.
