Description:

 The IS200TDBTH6ACD is a part of GE's Mark VIe series of control boards, and it has been superceded by the IS200TDBTH6A model. This Discrete Input/Output (TDBT) terminal board features TR contact inputs and outputs, suitable for either DIN-rail or flat mounting installations. It accommodates up to 24 isolated contact inputs, which are energized by an external source providing a nominal voltage of 24, 48, or 125 VDC for wetting purposes. The board includes noise suppression measures to safeguard against surge and high-frequency interference.

Additionally, the TDBT offers twelve form-C relay outputs and supports an optional card that can enhance its relay functionalities. In Mark Vle systems configuration, the TDBT interfaces with the PDIO I/O pack; three such I/O packs connect via D-type connectors to the controllers over an Ethernet network. There are provisions for three connection points designated for PDIO integration. When utilizing dual controllers, the PDIO connections on the TDBT would be networked as follows: IR1 to the R controller, IS1 PDIO to the S controller, and IT1 PDIO shared between both R and S controllers. For TMR (Triple Modular Redundant) controller setups, each PDIO has its own dedicated network connection leading to the respective controller. It is important to note that the TDBT is not intended to function properly when used with just a single PDIO I/O pack.
